Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to manage reservations, bookings, and itineraries for golf members. This role involves arranging transportation and logistics, accommodation, and showcasing the property's facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including working flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotation basis.

Key Requirements:

  • 2 Years experience working in a reservations agent / reservations and administration role is essential
  • Previous experience working in a golf club reservations department is considered a distinct advantage
  • Experience with managing reservations, transport and logistics, golf itineraries, processing payments and billing
  • Excellent Communication, Organisation, Time Management skills
  • Well presented, professional manner with a positive attitude and customer service orientated
  • Computer proficient and experience with using and updating CRM'S and software packages
