Clinical Research Coordinator

The role involves supporting pre-clinical and clinical activities, focusing on planning, coordination, and delivering studies effectively.

  • Assist with administrative tasks like document management, ordering, and printing.
  • Prepare and maintain pre-clinical and clinical documents.
  • Support quality management records and coordinate pre-clinical activities.
  • Order consumables and equipment for pre-clinical research.
  • Verify and validate studies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage inventory logs for clinical investigation products.
  • Maintain commercial data logs and ensure clinical documentation supplies are stocked.
  • Assist with database searches and literature reviews.

Requirements

  • Hold a third-level diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and related software applications.
  • Prior experience in general office administration or assistant roles is desired.
  • Demonstrate expertise in office software tools and possess strong communication skills.
  • Medical device industry experience is an advantage, as is knowledge of regulated industries.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a small team environment.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the role.
