Job Role:

The Oracle E-Business Functional Consultant role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.

  • Develop and configure Oracle EBS Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for managed service engagements, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction
  • Conduct thorough testing, training, and documentation to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within expectations
Requirements:
  • A third-level qualification in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Accountancy, or Finance
  • At least 5 years' experience working with Oracle EBusiness Suite, specifically in Finance modules, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a consulting capacity
  • Proven experience in managed service engagements and/or implementation projects
  • A strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
