Oracle EBS Technical Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide consultancy services around Oracle R11 and R12 eBusiness Suite, as well as Oracle CRM R12.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review customer requirements, prepare proposed design, and agree on sign-off with the customer
  • Develop technical solutions to business problems in accordance with Oracle and industry standards
  • Maintain and support eBusiness suite applications, CRM, and other Oracle technologies
  • Ensure timely updates of the Fujitsu Service Management tool with progress, known issues, and problem resolutions
  • Provide technical documentation and support to team members
  • Continuously develop technical skills to provide up-to-date advice and consultancy to customers
Requirements:
  • Technical specialist with knowledge of Oracle Financials and CRM
  • PL/SQL programming experience
  • Oracle reports and XML Publisher expertise
  • Oracle Workflow proficiency
  • Experience working with client business requirements, interpretation, and production of detailed specifications and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least two large-scale experiences of working on an Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation or Upgrade project
Nice to Have:
  • Java/JSP programming
  • R12 Experience/Knowledge desirable
  • HR and Payroll management
