Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligning with overall business objectives and ensuring sustained growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality engineering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Take charge of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring effective cost management and identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Lead negotiations of commercial agreements and contracts, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach in delivering client solutions and achieving business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 5 years of team leadership or people management experience.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or other relevant discipline.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills to manage both team and client relationships.
  • Good networking and influencing skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes from interactions.
