Respite Service Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Listowel Respite Service as the Centre Manager/Person in Charge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and development of the service, supporting adults with an Intellectual Disability. They will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supervising the staff team, effectively managing resources, and ensuring a person-centered service is provided.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily operations of the service.
- Supervise and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure effective resource management and allocation.
- Provide a person-centered service to those supported by the Association.
- Act as the key communicator to all stakeholders.
- Level 7 or higher qualification in Social Care, Nursing, or another relevant health/social care discipline.
- Formal management qualification in health or social care.
- At least three years' management or supervisory experience in the sector.
- Demonstrate evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
