Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our Public Health Team in Dublin South West. The ideal location is Rathfarnham.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to specialize as a CNS in an acute setting or advance in community nursing.
Job Responsibilities:- Wound care management in clinic and domiciliary settings
- Diabetes management
- Incontinence assessment and management
- Nursing assessments post hospital discharge or GP referral
- General nursing care for chronically ill or disabled clients
- Oncology support and end-of-life care
- Nursing assessments for home supports
- NMBI registration in good standing
- General nurse training preferred, but midwifery background or paediatrics considered
- Dual qualifications advantageous
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an acute setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Both technical and professional expertise
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Access to own transport required
- Travel allowance for work-related travel
- Nurse-led service with excellent autonomy
