Key Financial Operations Role

Job Summary

This position involves managing various aspects of financial operations, including money market, FX, and derivative deal settlements, collateral management, custody instructions, reconciliations, monthly intercompany netting, and hedging processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships, creating and maintaining purchase orders and submitting invoices for payment
  • Purchase and maintain Legal Entity Identifier (LEI)
  • Configure and maintain static data sets in treasury management systems
  • Oversight and management of regulatory reporting
  • Intercompany loan and deposit documentation
Treasury Operations
  • Bank Reconciliation - daily reconciliation of nostro accounts, liaising with internal and external counterparties to resolve any unreconciled items
  • End of day reporting
  • European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) - daily reporting and reconciliation
  • Securities settlements - ensure timely settlement of security trades

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a keen interest in financial markets, and good knowledge of Microsoft applications. This is a hybrid working role requiring some office presence.
