We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the development of complex products in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with design control processes, product realization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing and executing design concepts, creating and interpreting analysis reports, and providing guidance to junior engineers.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to apply Six Sigma methodologies, manage design control deliverables, and maintain knowledge current with related technologies.

This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical product development

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the medical device industry
  • Familiarity with plastic injection molding in a high-volume environment
  • Skills in 3D modeling, finite element analysis, and statistical design analysis
