Deliver high-quality care to residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This role involves contributing to the enhancement of resident activities and events, as well as participating in assigned tasks involving direct care and daily living activities under the supervision of your line manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal care needs, including washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, dining, social activities, and communication support.
  • Participate in designated tasks and contribute to the overall quality of care provided.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum partial QQI Level 5 Award – Healthcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with elderly individuals, highlighting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and compassionate care to residents.
