Compassionate Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Coolebridge Care. Our residential services provide a safe and supportive environment for vulnerable adults, families, and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the centre in a safe, clean, and well-managed way
- Report accidents, incidents, risks, and complaints to the Centre Manager
- Work live night shifts according to roster requirements, including weekends and public holidays
- Monitor and maintain day-to-day household cleaning and hygiene to a high standard
- Ensure the centre operates in line with security systems and health and safety measures
- Candidates with related qualifications at Level 6, 7, or 8 achieved in Ireland or an Internationally recognised qualification of similar value
- Minimum 1 year experience working with vulnerable and disadvantaged groups, ideally within community development/youth work/international protection sector
- ASIST, CPR, AED, TCI trained
- Familiarity with HIQA standards for IPAS
- Commitment to social justice and treating people with dignity and respect
