Accounts Receivable Process Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Accounts Receivable process and manage a team of five professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to drive cash flow, reduce risk, and strengthen credit performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five AR/Credit Control professionals.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end AR and credit control process.
  • Manage high-volume accounts across multiple industries.
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Report directly to senior leadership with regular updates on performance metrics.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Credit Control or AR Management role.
  • Proven ability to manage high-risk, high-volume accounts.
  • Strong people management skills and coaching, hands-on leadership style.
  • Confident communicator and influencer of decision-making.
  • Proficient in credit control/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
