Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Financial Operations Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intercompany financial activities, including cross charge transactions, reconciliations, and settlements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing of intercompany cross charge transactions, including ESPP, Payroll, Stock, T&E, and BCD congress.
  • Reconciliation of intercompany accounts, ICO Product, ICO Non-Product, ICO Loan, and ICO FX accounts in Blackline.
  • Review of ICO AP & AR reports and request for settlement as part of IHC (In house cash) and reconciliation of IHC account in Blackline.
  • Booking of Intercompany accruals at month end.
  • Settlement of intercompany transactions and resolution of intercompany differences.
  • Clearing activity on Intercompany accounts, ICO manual, and IHC accounts.
  • Interaction with local in-market finance teams (Payroll, FP&A, and Stock plan services) to correctly recharge intercompany transactions.
  • Preparation of ICO manual accruals - Qtrly tax and royalty, CBE, and allocation accruals.
  • Processing of wire requests for Mgmt fee and stock payments.
  • Preparation of analysis and schedules for local management as well as internal and external auditors.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Part qualification or equivalent experience in accounting.
  • Desirable: Experience of Intercompany processes within SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required.
  • Advantageous: Experience of operating within a Shared Service Center in a multi-country corporate environment.
