We are seeking an accomplished technology leader to spearhead our software development initiatives and enhance our engineering capabilities. As a visionary, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovate our digital solutions offerings.

This is a senior leadership role requiring substantial experience in engineering leadership covering multiple cross-functional teams. You will have deep knowledge and understanding of software development principles with extensive experience across a broad range of languages including Java, .NET, Node, Databases, Containerisation etc.

The ideal candidate will be able to remain deeply involved in the technology across software and cloud architecture with the ability to conduct code review and engage in technical discussions with the development team and wider senior stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management experience and a solid commercial mindset are also essential.

  • Substantial experience in engineering leadership covering multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of software development principles with extensive experience across a broad range of languages.
  • Ability to remain deeply involved in the technology across software and cloud architecture.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and a solid commercial mindset.
