We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and commission new equipment, including conducting tests, calibrations, and troubleshooting to optimise system performance.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of installed systems to ensure reliable operation.
- Represent the company professionally, fostering positive relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions to their needs.
- Prepare detailed reports, including service logs, technical feedback, and compliance records.
- Provide technical training for clients and relay customer feedback to improve future product development.
- Degree/Diploma in Marine, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
- Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, valves, and instrumentation.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of water purification systems (RO, filtration, etc.).
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel nationally and internationally.
