**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our national campaigns, driving fundraising efforts and strategy across the organization.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver all elements of our fundraising campaigns, including research, development, planning, budgeting, marketing, and review. They will identify, create, market, and deliver new and dynamic fundraising streams and campaigns, ensuring full team processes are documented and shared with relevant parties to ensure compliance and continuity.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and demands. Excellent administrative, financial, and analytical skills, including planning and budgeting, are essential. The ideal candidate is self-directed, able to work independently, and has the initiative and drive to think creatively and identify opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a fundraising strategy for our campaigns and events, working closely with the Head of Fundraising and other fundraising managers.
  • Deliver the fundraising campaigns programme, financial goals, and objectives in support of the overall fundraising strategy.
  • Manage the fundraising campaigns financial targets and budgets, monitoring and analyzing performance and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Evaluate supporter research, market conditions, and competitor data to inform fundraising decisions.
  • Recruit, develop, and supervise the campaigns team, including temporary staff as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of proven experience in fundraising, marketing, and people management. They must be educated to degree level and have a strong understanding of the Republic of Ireland not-for-profit and voluntary sector.
