**Experienced Parts Advisor Wanted**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Cork, the leading dealership for Mercedes-Benz in Ireland. As a key member of our esteemed team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Job Description
  • Identify and source correct parts for trade, retail, and workshop customers efficiently.
  • Manage all telephone, email, and online enquiries effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company and departmental targets.
  • Ensure excellent housekeeping within the parts department.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar parts position.
  • Understanding of Mercedes-Benz parts and their function.
  • Proven ability to work to high standards.
  • Strong IT skills, including operating systems and Microsoft software.

Having knowledge of Keyloop is an advantage but not essential. Possessing strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail, is crucial. Being diligent, with a flexible approach to work, and working well under pressure are also essential qualities.
