Mercedes-Benz is seeking a Parts Advisor to join its esteemed team. This position operates within a Sales, Service, Repair and Parts facility dedicated to the Mercedes-Benz brand.

This role contributes to our team by identifying correct parts required for trade, retail, and workshop customers. Efficient management of telephone, email, and online enquiries is also crucial.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Determine accurate parts needed for various customer types.
  • Effectively handle multiple communication channels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the parts department.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams.
  • Grow and maintain the customer database through outreach efforts.
  • Process parts orders using software systems.
  • Create and complete parts returns to suppliers.
  • Verify deliveries and input data into the system.
  • Manage inventory levels and provide delivery coverage when needed.
Required Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
  • Relevant experience in a similar parts position.
  • Understanding of Mercedes-Benz parts and their functionality.
  • Able to work at a high standard.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent IT skills including operating systems and Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of Keyloop is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of handling pressure while being flexible and diligent.
  • Team player with a valid driver's license.
