Are you a detail-driven and customer-focused individual with experience in parts administration? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join our busy Service and Parts team.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to manage all aspects of parts administration, including receiving, recording, and issuing parts and consumables to customers and other departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and processing parts deliveries from manufacturers and suppliers
  • Identifying and locating parts and consumables using the computer system
  • Issuing accurate and detailed parts quotations to internal departments, retail, and trade customers
  • Administering parts invoices and ensuring invoiced items are accountable
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in parts administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications
