As a Senior Network Solutions Designer at Huawei Ireland Research Centre, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of our hyperscale cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with global network engineers, software engineers, and researchers to develop advanced data center solutions for Huawei Cloud's hybrid optical-electrical network infrastructure.

Your primary objective will be to deliver unmatched reliability and performance to Huawei Cloud users globally. The work you do here will have a direct impact on the global community, empowering millions of users to rely on Huawei Cloud for their critical applications and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of our hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with global network engineers, software engineers, and researchers to develop advanced data center solutions for Huawei Cloud's hybrid optical-electrical network infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance the reliability and scalability of cloud network solutions.
  • Define and conduct programs to optimize networks, reduce network TCO, and enhance reliability and flexibility.
  • Publish key findings in relevant conferences and journals or apply for patents as appropriate.
