  • Work with a team of experts to schedule client assignments and ensure that all project objectives are delivered on time.
  • Contribute to our work plan and diversification strategies.
  • Handle ad-hoc client queries and proactively engage with clients about new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and financial forecasts for your clients.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all client activities adhere to relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
  • Strategic Business Advisory: Offer proactive, high-level financial advice to help clients achieve their business goals and improve profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior staff, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Accountant with experience in practice accounting.
  • Motivated, self-starting professional ready to advance their career.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse range of responsibilities.
