Hotel Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional customer service across all departments. This is a challenging role requiring strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance operations.
  • Management of guest interactions, handling queries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintenance of high standards of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Support and motivation of staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are met.
  • Effective management of shift handovers and communication between departments.
  • Assistance in training and development of team members.
  • Monitoring and management of stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Compliance with health & safety regulations and hotel policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Good understanding of hotel operations and systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A professional and proactive approach to work.
  • Knowledge of health & safety and fire safety procedures.
