Highly Experienced Litigation Lawyer for Complex Disputes

We are currently assisting a prominent law firm with an important hire – a Litigation Associate with IT/Tech disputes experience – to join their outstanding and welcoming practice.
You will be involved in complex tech disputes at the highest level, while receiving support and mentorship from experienced partners who believe in career guidance and future aspirations of their team members.
You will have a minimum of 3+ years' PQE in Litigation from a highly respected practice in Ireland, the UK or another common law jurisdiction.
You will have experience in Technology disputes and/or Regulatory disputes across the area of IT.
Key responsibilities will include working in a diverse and inclusive environment where you will collaborate with top legal talent in a market-leading team that is continuing to grow.
Additionally, you will strive for excellence in all aspects of your profession.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Litigation Associate in Tech disputes
A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
