Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing transactions involving the sale and purchase of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Facilitating and advising on financing arrangements for property transactions and developments.
- Providing legal counsel on property investment and joint venture arrangements.
- Managing commercial leasing agreements and related landlord and tenant matters.
- Advising on and managing private residential tenancy agreements and related issues.
- 0 – 2 PQE conveyancing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in teams as well as independently.
