Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and guest-focused Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences to our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out spa treatments with precision and attention to detail, ensuring each guest receives a memorable spa experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spa Treatments: Deliver high-quality spa treatments that meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their spa experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain impeccable knowledge of spa products and up-sell opportunities.
  • Treatment Rooms: Maintain clean and hygienic treatment rooms at all times.
  • Spa Standards: Maintain high spa standards at all times.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Qualifications: Ireland ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO qualification.
  • Experience: Previous spa experience is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and guest service skills are required.
  • Professional Image: A professional image and well-organized approach are necessary.
