Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality Spa treatments, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • To maintain in-depth knowledge of Spa products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance the guest experience.
  • To ensure treatment rooms are consistently clean and hygienic, adhering to industry standards.
  • To undertake Reception and Spa Experience duties as required, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO qualification in Spa Therapy.
  • Previous experience in a Spa environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • A professional image and demeanor at all times, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Well-organised and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
