The Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality services to pregnant individuals and young children at risk. Our team works collaboratively to provide intensive support to families, parents, and children who have multiple service needs.

This role involves delivering services primarily in community settings, including home visits, to support the development of emotional well-being in our clients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team in providing these essential services.

As a certified specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes the health and well-being of our clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of promoting healthy emotional development in our communities.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as state licensure. Two years of clinical experience in individual and group psychotherapy using CBT under clinical supervision are also required. Additionally, you should have strong communication, discretion, and professional conduct skills, as well as proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide thorough assessments and develop person-centered plans to meet client needs
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, modifying plans as needed
  • Contact assigned clients regularly to ensure level of care meets their needs
  • Develop and review treatment plans with each assigned client
  • Coordinate services and deliver therapeutic interventions as indicated in the treatment plan
