Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Mechanical Design Engineer to spearhead the design, validation, and optimization of complex mechanical systems. This senior-level position demands independent project ownership, strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, and meticulous technical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Conduct in-depth research, design, and develop innovative mechanical systems that meet performance, reliability, and efficiency standards.
  • Validation & Testing: Perform thorough testing, verification, and validation of mechanical components and systems to ensure compliance with industry norms and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead or significantly contribute to engineering projects, effectively managing timelines, resources, and technical execution.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes, efficiency, and product quality, ensuring smooth transitions from R&D to production.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, product development, quality assurance, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (or 2 years with an advanced degree).
  • Strong proficiency in mechanical system design, validation, and optimization.
  • Ability to analyze complex engineering issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely execution.
