Merchandising represents a unique blend of art and science. Our Freelance Merchandisers are the embodiment of this synergy, working tirelessly to optimize shelf space, drive product visibility, and forge lasting relationships with in-store personnel.

Job Description

As a key stakeholder in our retail partners' success, you will be responsible for championing our brand through professional and passionate in-store representation daily.

This involves strategically building, merchandising, and optimizing displays to maximize shelf space, promotional areas, and FSDU visibility. You will develop and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with in-store personnel to ensure ongoing brand prominence.

Efficiently managing stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness is also crucial. Accurate capture and reporting of in-store merchandising activities and competitor insights will support market intelligence and product launches.

Flexibility to work on AD HOC contracts for exciting, varied projects is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the brand by representing yourself and the products professionally and passionately in-store daily
  • Strategically build, merchandise, and optimize displays to maximize shelf space, promotional areas, and FSDU visibility
  • Develop and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with in-store personnel to ensure ongoing brand prominence
  • Efficiently manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness
  • Accurately capture and report in-store merchandising activities and competitor insights to support market intelligence and product launches
Requirements:
  • Proven merchandising or retail experience with a passion for brand representation
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and physically fit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter who can confidently work independently while also collaborating as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional approach
  • Tech-savvy with strong IT literacy and the ability to use handheld devices and apps efficiently
  • Full Category B Drivers Licence (Irish/EU)
