Residential Property Manager
Our client has an outstanding reputation in the property sector and recently won a new portfolio of business. They are passionate about providing the best possible service to their stakeholders and tenants.
Your role will involve managing a portfolio of residential developments, which includes:
- Overseeing and managing the administration of all developments.
- Ensuring they and the team respond adequately to client queries via various channels, reviewing correspondence, approving drafts where needed, and ensuring responses are sent.
- Reviewing and managing credit control issues of OMC's.
- Liaising with our Operations Department in relation to work required on each development, encompassing the tendering process for work within developments.
- Liaising with the Accounts department in relation to audited accounts from draft to final.
- Liaising with Senior Office Administrator in relation to insurance policies and claims.
- Completing requests for Requisitions 37, membership certificates, and letters of indemnity.
- Preparing reports for Clients and Senior Management Team.
- Attending AGMs and other meetings after office hours.
- Operating and monitoring SLA's that are in place for Management Companies.
- Conducting site visits as prescribed by individual SLA's and having full site knowledge.
- In conjunction with the Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of project work required by Directors/Developers/Committees to a successful conclusion.
- Coordinating activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing work to support staff.
- Monitoring work to ensure it is completed according to schedule and with excellent quality.
- Representing and speaking on behalf of the Company to the Board of Directors/Developers.
- Reviewing and interpreting the goals and objectives of the work area in order to resolve problems and make recommendations for changes in instructions and/or guidelines.
- Understanding the issues affecting an OMC's performance and implementing programs or making recommendations to correct problems and enhance positive aspects of each OMC/development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Possess a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
- Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognised organisation within the property industry.
- At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
- Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with MUD legislation.
