Job Title: Home Health Care Nurse
">At MyHomecare, we are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team of professionals who provide personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and promoting independence, dignity, and well-being among our clients.
">Responsibilities:
">- Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and provide basic care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Requirements:
">We are looking for individuals with a current PIN issued by NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) and a willingness to undergo any required training. A full clean driving license is desirable, but not essential. Previous experience working one-on-one with clients in their own home is preferred.
