Career Opportunities: Junior Quantity Surveyor

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a junior quantity surveyor on large-scale commercial developments, with hybrid working supported.
The successful candidate will have the chance to report directly to the senior QS/Associate Director and progress through mid-level management positions in the future and senior management opportunities thereafter.
Key Responsibilities of the Junior Quantity Surveyor- Work on a variety of projects including public and private developments across Ireland and the UK.
- Provide cost consultancy services to clients, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of tenders.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on site conditions and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- A BSc/MSc degree in Quantity Surveying.
- At least one year of experience working for a PQS consultancy is advantageous.
- Valid work rights within Ireland/EU.
- Prior consultancy experience is advantageous but not essential.
