Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking a talented team member to fill a key role in our Dundalk store. As an integral part of our retail operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

About the Role
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer experiences through prompt assistance, effective communication, and helpful attitude.
  • Store Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe sales floor environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any hazards or concerns.
  • Stock Management: Assist with unloading stock and deliveries efficiently, ensuring timely receipt of goods and minimal disruption to store operations.
  • Merchandising: Participate in merchandising activities to ensure effective product placement and visual display that appeals to our target audience.
Ideal Candidate
  • Fully flexible availability to meet business needs.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous retail experience is highly valued, but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Fluent English required for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
