About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst at NTT DATA North America, you will play a key role in implementing banking software solutions for our clients. This position requires someone who can act as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, including business stakeholders, delivery squads, design & development teams.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their business requirements and objectives. You will ensure that these requirements are clearly defined, well understood, and properly documented in the form of epics/user stories and signed off by all relevant stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your business/functional expertise in reference to client requirements, particularly in the lending space. You will work closely with design/delivery teams to configure and customize requirements to meet client needs and enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years as an SME/BA in LOS/LMS implementations. They will be well-versed in Agile methodologies and ceremonies. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are also essential.
