About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager with experience in construction management and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or trade qualification, and will have previously managed sites with a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily management, coordination, and monitoring of site labor and specialist subcontractors.
  • Assisting the project team in monitoring progress to ensure alignment with agreed program targets.

Requirements
  • A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.

  • Fully updated with BCAR.
