We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our interdisciplinary team in delivering person-centred care.

About the Role:
  • Develop functional assessments that reflect each individual's unique goals, strengths, and needs.
  • Create tailored rehabilitation programmes that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
  • Design interventions and advise on equipment and environmental adaptations to support individuals in their daily lives.

As a key member of our team, you'll share your expertise through training and supervision, empowering staff and students to deliver high-quality care. You'll also advocate for each person's voice to be heard, linking them with local services and supports that enhance their well-being.
