The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of the renewal process
  • Claims management
  • Client and member query management
  • Supporting Pension and Risk consultants
  • Insurer management and legislative governance of Pension, Risk, and Healthcare schemes

The role requires strong IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
