Warehouse Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the warehouse construction project, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and effective project execution, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Oversight of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Leadership and collaboration with project stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers.
- Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Maintenance of accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs.
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- To collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
- To manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- A proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with experience in commercial and warehouse projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
- Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
