Project Manager: Construction Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to lead the construction of our pharma project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading constructability reviews, preparing detailed statements of work, and reviewing returned bids. They should also possess excellent communication and people management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Lead constructability reviews across all facets of the build
  • Prepare detailed SOWs for trade contract procurement
  • Assist in preparation of detailed BOQs
  • Review returned CSA bids and prepare TBA
  • Trade and industry knowledge reviews
  • Development of detailed execution strategies
  • Input into CHSP, QA/TO and General Construction Requirement documentation
  • Assist in schedule development and lead IAPs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Significant years' experience in a similar role
  • Biotech / Pharma knowledge
  • Excellent multi-disciplinary knowledge
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
