Operational Excellence Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Professional to join our dynamic team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and job profitability.
  • Oversee monthly invoicing for client and contractor/sub-consultant payments.
  • Manage annual budgets, fee projections, and associated tracking processes.

Financial Management: We require a self-motivated and confident individual with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities to manage diverse priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 7-10 year industry experience and minimum of 3 years' experience with D365, specifically in payments and forecasting.
  • Strong finance/accountancy background with proven expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills for financial analysis and modelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholders effectively.
