Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technical support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing timely and effective technical assistance.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Deploying PCs and configuring devices: You will be responsible for setting up new employees' PCs and configuring their devices to ensure they have the necessary tools to perform their jobs efficiently.
- Office moves and equipment relocation: You will assist with relocating office equipment and assisting employees with any technical issues that may arise during this process.
- Troubleshooting and resolution services: You will provide technical support to resolve IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Windows administration tasks: You will perform routine maintenance tasks on Windows-based systems to ensure they are running optimally.
- Incident tracking and inventory management: You will track incidents and maintain accurate inventory records in our IT management tools.
- Minimum 3 years experience: You must have at least 3 years of experience working in a Windows-based corporate environment.
- Strong customer focus and analytical skills: You must possess strong customer service skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work independently: You must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
