Job Title: Senior Electrical Systems Lead

Lead a high-performing team of electrical engineers in delivering cutting-edge data centre projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive electrical systems designs for large-scale data centres, incorporating the latest technologies and innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed project scopes, specifications, and tender packages.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks and audits to ensure design and installation standards are met.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging trends, and evolving regulations to maintain electrical design standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in electrical building services consultancy design, preferably with data centres, industrial, or high-tech developments.
  • Chartered status is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Revit, electrical layouts, and systems.
  • Familiarity with structural, architectural, and electrical models.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ETCI, CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS, and EN standards.
