We are seeking a highly skilled Central Production Chef De Partie to join our team in the Central Processing Unit in Bray, Co Wicklow. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work with fresh produce and artisan ingredients in a busy, high-volume environment.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to lead a section during busy periods and contribute to the development and growth of our business.
  • You will work closely with the Head Chef and Culinary Lead to deliver exceptional food quality and ensure that dishes are made to the highest standard.
  • In addition to your culinary expertise, you will be responsible for adhering to HACCP regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities
  1. To prepare various products on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  2. To produce dishes in a safe and efficient manner, meeting the required standards and specifications.
  3. To support fellow kitchen staff in observing appropriate hygiene practices during food preparation and storage.
  4. To assist the Head Chef in developing new menus and improving existing ones, ensuring consistency and excellence across all dishes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hotels or restaurants.
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety regulations, with the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve excellent results.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to maintain accurate records, including inventory management and quality control.
  • Friendly, energetic, and strong interpersonal skills, with a good understanding of teamwork and communication.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible with working days and hours.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex instructions and information.
Working Hours and Days

Working days: Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday off. Working hours may vary during peak times or holiday seasons.
