Description

Seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments and provide a memorable experience for our guests in a stunning hotel setting.

The Role:

Carry out high-quality Spa treatments with precision and skill. Ensure each guest receives impeccable service from start to finish. Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Spa products and effectively upsell opportunities. Perform Reception and Spa Experience duties as required, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the Spa industry. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences. Present a professional image at all times, maintaining a clean and respectful work environment. Proven ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the business.
