We are currently seeking a recent Construction Graduate to join our team in Inishowen. This is an outstanding opportunity to build your career within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Tasks and Duties

The key tasks and duties of this role include:
  1. Collaborative Estimating: Work collaboratively with the team to estimate and plan costs.
  2. Strategic Procurement: Provide guidance on procurement strategies to ensure efficient and effective processes.
  3. Tender Management: Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Contribute to tender evaluation and reporting, as well as provide analysis and insights to support informed decision-making.
  5. Contract Administration: Support in contract administration and cost control procedures, ensuring compliance and delivery of high-quality results.
  6. Interim Valuations: Assist in the preparation of interim valuations to ensure accurate financial records.
  7. Cost Reporting: Contribute to comprehensive cost reporting, providing detailed analysis and insights to stakeholders.
  8. Final Account Preparation: Assist in the preparation of final accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  9. Contract Advice: Offer advice on contract-related matters and dispute resolution, providing expert guidance to stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least one year's experience, a willingness to learn and improve, and be capable of being flexible with your skill set. Experience within the main contracting or civil engineering sector is desirable.
