A One Tyres is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Assistant to join its Fleet Management Team in Dromore. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving job details via phone or email and placing jobs with one of the Partners on our network.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving job details via phone or email
- Placing jobs with one of the Partners on our network
- Processing and recording of data from various sources
- Sales invoice processing
- Purchase ordering
- Using customers online portals
- Dealing with customer queries
- Stock control
- General admin
- 1 year+ experience in an administrative role desired, but not essential
- Experience in a customer service role
- Flexible approach to working shift patterns
- Good level of spoken and written communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team, as well as be a self-starter
- Ensuring a professional standard of customer service is experienced by customers/suppliers
- Work From Home
