We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Mechanical Estimator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to estimators by quantifying mechanical services from drawings, formulating comprehensive and compliant tender figures, executing quantity take-offs, populating pricing documents, distributing work packages to suppliers and subcontractors, maintaining effective communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members, assisting in evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure they meet project specifications and accuracy, and supporting the Estimating Team in preparing documents for tender submissions.

To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant third-level qualification, at least 1 year of post-qualification experience, familiarity with a contracting environment, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, eagerness to learn and develop new skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
