Senior Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinical unit and ensuring that all patients receive exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a leadership role.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
