Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of both AP and AR processes, as well as excellent communication skills for vendor, customer, and internal team liaison.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and reconcile all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Monitor cash flow and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Prepare reconciliations, assist with month-end procedures, and support journal postings.
- Develop and maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing management accounts and financial reports, identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
- Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of both AP and AR processes.
- Excellent communication abilities for vendor, customer, and internal team liaison.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
