About the Opportunity:

The successful candidate will serve as a key member of our EMEA team, focusing on developing strategic relationships between sales teams and Deal Desk. As an advisor, advocate, and partner, you will drive business growth in the region by designing effective collaboration models.

You will define the relationship between the EMEA sales team & Deal Desk, approve quotes, advise the sales team on deal structures, support large complex deals, and deliver updates as business process & policy evolves.

As a representative of the Deal Desk in EMEA, you will work closely with EMEA leadership, present a company perspective during team calls and forecast calls, and deliver regular enablement and training to ensure the field is familiar with Notion's Quote to Cash Process & Deal Terms.

You will provide periodic read-outs outlining trends, challenges, and needs from the market to Leadership + cross-functional partners and work with the broader Deal Desk and partners to design strategies, resources, and decisions in support of the EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve quotes and advise the sales team on deal structures
  • Support large complex deals and deliver updates as business process & policy evolves
  • Represent the Deal Desk in EMEA and work closely with EMEA leadership
  • Deliver regular enablement and training to ensure the field is familiar with Notion's Quote to Cash Process & Deal Terms
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience, minimum of 3-5 years of Deal Desk experience
  • Fantastic communication skills to quickly, accurately, and clearly summarise a deal and convey deal approval decisions
  • An eye for detail to catch subtle changes that have a big impact on deal terms
  • Demonstrated ability to flourish in a distributed team, working autonomously and driving conversations independently
